One method for addressing this issue is to be much more assertive in promoting the company's values. This could be accomplished by offering diversity seminars for all employees or the dissemination of information (perhaps with a monthly newsletter etc.) to the employees regarding their particular roles within the company, and how they interact or interrelate with the other employees.
